Hi everyone, I just learned something that gives everyone something to think about.

Did you know that most head and neck cancers are caused solely by habits like excessive drinking and smoking. If these were avoided the chances of cancer to the head and neck region are almost completely deminished!

All the more reason t kick the butt. That's why I did anyways.
