b2sit's Medals (0)
Check out b2sit's Medals for recognition of their wounds and achievements.
My father had passed away due to pancreatic cancer aproximately 6 years ago. During the time of his Chemo treatment, he would have difficulty eating and was losing weight rapidly. Now I am studying Nutrition and Food and intend to be a dietitian, hopefully to specialize in oncology. I think there is alot I can do in the field.

Also, if anyone has any questions or would like any advice on food and what to eat during Chemo or anything like that you can contact me. Although, I must post a disclaimer or a notification that whatever advice I give is not professional yet, due to the fact that I have not graduated from my degree yet and that I am not a registered dietitian. But I can give some advice on eating related issues.

I was always told that I had lumpy breast and not to worry. Around February 2002 I noticed a change in my right breast and informed my doctor who sent me to a specialist. I was told that my breast had cysts. By October 2003 I knew something was not right and went back to the specialist but had to wait until January ... Read more
